Environmental Technology Providers

The purpose of this section is to publicise the National Industry Waste Minimisation Project currently being facilitated by the Advanced Manufacturing Centre.

The Federal Department of Industry, Science and Resources has funded the project in which six industry groups willwork co-operatively to identify, research and implement solutions that help minimise manufacturing waste.

The project will be developed over two stages, covering a two year time frame. The initial stage will cover the work of the industry groups, developed throughout 2001, with the knowledge gained from this projects to be transferred into a wider section of the industry in the following year.
