Program Process

The AMC's approach ensures that each Industry Group retains control over the direction and results achieved. AMC provides professional Project Managers to lead each Industry Group. They are selected for their knowledge of the particular industry involved in a Waste Minimisation Program.

All AMC Project Managers have working experience of industry, with management issues and with the regulatory demands for waste minimisation and sustainable industry development. In addition, each Project Group will include an independent industry specialist to ensure that the programs address issues that are relevant and economically beneficial to each Industry Group participant.

Successful AMC Industry Group projects involve a partnership in which the AMC provides the project management, neutral venues for group discussions and the identification and arrangement of research resources.
