Industry Alliances

The AMC is linked into a national technology access and diffusion network providing individual clients and industry groups with access to best Australian and overseas advice and expertise.

To address non-competitive or generic industry issues the Centre has established a series of widely representative Industry Focus Groups. Through these groups the Centre is working to reduce the cost structure and improve the world competitiveness of Australian manufacturing by developing workable solutions to key technology, marketing and logistical issues. There are also groups from all industry types examining current issues such as Sustainable Business Development, Waste Minimisation, and the National Packaging Covenant.
