Participants in the program come from a wide range of industries including food processing, light and heavy engineering, paper, aerospace and automotive manufacture. They may be a manager, a leading hand, co-ordinator or supervisor. Some have trade qualifications in accounting and want to know more about manufacturing, some simply want to broaden their skills and knowledge.

Through Smartlink you can study a single topic of particular interest to you or you may wish to gain the award of Graduate Certificate in Management (Manufacturing) by taking four courses.

- Reporting on the seminars and how the knowledge you have gained from them has impacted on your business,
