MITA REGIONAL ACCESS INNOVATION

The Regional Access Innovation demonstration program addresses regional manufacturers' need for ready access to new technology whose access to innovation is impeded by reduced access to technology providers. THey face the risk of reduced access to technology providers. They face the risk of reduced competitiveness if they continue to have difficulty is accessing and applying enabling technologies to their manufacturing processes, their products and their distribution systems. This demonstration program allows regional groups of SMEs to work together in accessing innovation technologies that have industry-wide application or impact on their supply chain.
