The Participating Companies are expected to demonstrate their commitment to the program through providing in-kind contributions in the form of:

1. Attendance at workshops and providing input to these
2. Examining existing practices in-house for improvements
3. Identifying priority areas and allocating resources
4. Developing implementation plans as appropriate
5. Providing feedback to AMC as required
6. Sharing experiences within the group
7. Collaborate, where appropriate, with other companies
