Community Outreach Program

The Process

Regular group sessions will be held either at the Australian Technology Park, on site at a member company or other special interest location. Within these sessions a range of topics will be addressed to assist in the development of a generic approach and guidlelines for manufacturing companies to undertake Community Outreach programs. Activities and special interest seminars will be determined by the needs of the member companies.

These will include:

• Sessions involving case studies and/or expert speakers
• Sessions based on themes
• Undertaking of self assessments
• Site visits
• Development of individual company project plans and follow up on this
• Sharing across the group of experiences
